  • Order confirmation email — to confirm your purchase and provide order details (legal basis: contract).
  • Discount code email — only if you actively signed up (legal basis: consent). You can opt out at any time by emailing us.
  • Legal compliance — to meet our obligations under applicable law (legal basis: legal obligation).

4. Third parties

We share data with the following processors to operate our service:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Data is processed under Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Gelato — print-on-demand fulfilment. Your shipping address is shared to deliver your order.
  • Namecheap Private Email — email delivery for order confirmations and discount codes.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

5. Data retention

Order data is retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations. Email addresses collected for marketing are retained until you withdraw consent.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors (Stripe, Gelato) may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR.
