Custom-made products
All our posters and prints are made to order, personalised to your unique design. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16c), personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. We are therefore unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Damaged or defective items
We stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- With a production defect (e.g. colour shift, misprint, incorrect size)
- Missing items
we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
To report an issue, email us at support@thevoyagetree.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order reference number (found in your confirmation email)
- A photo of the item showing the damage or defect
We will respond within 1–2 business days and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and either reship or issue a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once production has started. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
